Sand your work down to your desired grit. We recommend 400 grit.
Apply the oil using a paper towel or rag;
After a few minutes, remove excess oil from the surface of the piece;
Allow 20 minutes between coats and apply a maximum of 2 before allowing to cure;
Leave to cure thoroughly for at least 24-48 hours before buffing and putting into use. Curing time will vary depending on ambient temperature and humidity;
Recoat as required.
For best results, use within 6 months of
purchase.

Use on fruit and salad bowls or items requiring a more satin finish. It can, however, be buffed to a gloss after many coats.

Translucent pale brown in the tin. It slightly darkens the wood when it is applied—characteristic aroma of solvents and waxes.

Supplied in a 500ml 'berg top' tin bottle.
Store in a cool, dry place, ideally between 10° and 30°C (50° and 90°F) Where possible. Protect from extreme heat and freezing. Keep out of direct sunlight.

Kept according to instructions, it is best used within six months after opening the product. Due to the curing nature of the product, it will thicken over time.
